How to hook your audience

Join UCLA M.F.A. alum/professor Tim Albaugh as he dissects a script's first ten pages in search of "the hook." Along the way Tim will explain the power these pages have to make or break your chances of success. Workshop is free but space is limited, so click below to register!

Need a piece of Old Florida?

You'll find it at Holloway Haven, a secluded, mostly undeveloped residential property in Seminole. Two circa 1950's homes are visible from the road. But behind them sits an enormous backyard that appears frozen in time. Towering oak trees, native Florida landscaping, shrouded cabins, a flock of colorful peacocks, and lots of nooks and crannies make this film-friendly location the perfect backdrop for an afternoon photo shoot, heart-pounding horror flick, or anything that needs an Old Florida look. There's ample parking, too. A true rarity in built-out Pinellas County.
