Go BTS of A Taste of Love

SUMMER OF LOVE IN ST. PETE/CLEARWATER

Production usually slows during the sweaty, steamy days of summer. But this summer, two features are keeping the film commission and the local work force plenty busy. Production of family-friendly romantic comedy A Taste of Love recently wrapped after spending three weeks filming in Dunedin. What's unique about A Taste of Love is that the feature will do double-duty as a marketing piece, so the names of all filming locations will not change. When you watch A Taste of Love in early 2022, look for familiar places including Sea Sea Riders, Clearwater Beach, Edgewater Park and Fenway Hotel.

Production just wrapped on another rom com, this one a made-for-Hallmark movie and the third (so far) to film in St. Pete/Clearwater. South Beach Love tells a story about food, friendship, festivals and of course, falling in love. When scouting locations the production team found everything they needed in the bustling, cultural, food-centric city of St. Petersburg. South Beach Love premieres October 9 on the Hallmark Channel.
